South Bank TAFE – Spotless Group Contract Manager
The South Bank Institute of TAFE was formed in 2013 and is located at South Brisbane. The South Bank Campus is part of the Brisbane Arts and Cultural precinct and the campus is used by over 10,000 students.
CV is the preferred building and maintenance contractor for the South Bank TAFE. We have worked closely with the building asset manager Spotless for many years now and provide a number of trade services to the site.
A recent project required us to undertake building and plumbing works to replace a ceiling and a storm water system comprising of 400mm storm water pipes. We were given access on one night shift to undertake these works as not to disrupt the TAFE’s operation.
We achieved a high recommendation from Spotless for completing these works on time and without variation to the budget. All stakeholders were extremely happy with CV.
