Pinnacle Hardware is a garage storage expert specialising in innovative and quality storage solutions. With the DIY market continuing to grow, the hardware company chose expand into Queensland and open a new warehouse at the Berrinba Logistics Park.
Expecting to expand rapidly over the next 10 years, Queensland offers Pinnacle Hardware a cost effective market and easy access to major transport routes enabling them to service their national client base.
CV Electrical Contruction worked closely with McNab to deliver Pinnacle Hardware’s new warehouse facility. The team delivered electrical works for the new warehouse in line with Fraser Property’s commitment to deliver warehouses with a minimum of a 5 Star Green Star rating.
The Electrical Construction team installed 467 light fittings including emergency fittings throughout the 12,300sqm facility. With 5 months on site, the team successfully delivered the project ahead of schedule.
