Air Freight Centre 4 – Stage 1 & 2
The CV Services Electrical Construction team was contracted by Deluca and Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) to deliver the electrical design and construct for the Air Freight Centre 4 Business Precinct.
The team was required to deliver the design and documentation for the installation and ensure it was fully compliant with the BAC requirements.
The project required the internal and external electrical installation for five warehouses including the base build and common areas.
The aim of the electrical services design was to seamlessly integrate with the building architecture, whilst remaining simple to ensure ongoing life cycle cost benefits. The design was also required to be consistent where possible for ease of construction and cost effectiveness.
