Connect West Business Park
The Connect West Industrial Park is a 7 Lot mixed industry commercial estate owned by Charter Hall and constructed by Commercial & Industrial Property (CIP). It provides tenants with fully serviced lots developed to their specific needs.
CV Services was engaged by CIP to deliver the design and construction of HV, LV, and streetlighting infrastructure services for the development. This included:
- Liaison with Energex & Brisbane City Council
- Concept & Detailed Design of Energex, communications , and traffic signals infrastructure including overhead and underground network
- Supply & Installation of plant & materials
- Associated civil works
- Close coordination of works with other sub contractors
CV Services was able to deliver the design component on time and on budget, enabling construction of the estate to commence in accordance with the project timeline.
