Ingenia Communities is a leading Australian property group that delivers lifestyle communities and quality, affordable services to fit the lifestyles and pursuits of older Australians.

Ingenia had been investigating the progression into integrating digital into their sales offices for ease of use for prospective buyers. The progression seemed natural, moving away from static advertising and delivering an experience through the digital platform. Previous research into the digital space had often shown it would be over complicated and highly expensive, co-ordinating the different elements required for the screens.

The CV Media & Signage team installed a 43” interactive screen. The design or journey through the “touch” process was made simple, quick and informative. All of the information that the client was accessing needed to have the ability to be shared with both the selling agent and the client via email or a print out.  Our content management system allows Ingenia Communities to update content in real time, always reflecting accurate information and sales.

Ingenia Communities have been extremely pleased with the initial installation, with the overall visual outcomes and the ease in which the interactive screen can be accessed and navigated.
