Andrew McMaster
Andrew has a wealth of senior management experience across finance, sales and general management in blue chip corporate environments. A founding partner of CV, Andrew has overseen its growth to a diversified group operating across a broad range of sectors. As Group CEO, Andrew is responsible for the performance of the businesses and setting CV's long term direction.
Ian Norman
Ian has more than 45 years of experience in a wide range of areas including finance, systems, risk, sales, marketing and general management across a broad range of organisations and industry segments. As Executive Director Ian works closely with the Executive and senior leadership team on a range of strategic initiatives.
Ed Phelan
As a founding partner of CV Services Group since its inception in 2004, Ed has been instrumental in the evolution of CV into the broad-based multidisciplinary entity it is today. Ed stepped down from his Executive role in July 2022, as a major shareholder and Director, Ed supports the board in developing future business opportunities and driving growth in shareholder value.
Ben Dangerfield
Ben has extensive experience in finance and strategic planning, having held senior leadership roles across a broad range of industries. His expertise spans financial performance, commercial strategy and operational efficiency. As CFO, Ben leads CV’s financial operations and planning, supporting sustainable growth and contributing to the success of the business.
Aidan Rice
Aidan leads CV's enterprise risk, safety, environment, quality and ESG functions, ensuring the business operates safely, sustainably and in line with its growth ambitions. With more than 23 years in building services and critical infrastructure, Aidan brings deep operational and commercial experience across complex environments including airports, healthcare and defence.
Kandyce Draper
Kandyce has over 25 years experience in Finance, Payroll and HR, combined with a Masters degree in HR and Law. With a passion for fostering a thriving, inclusive, and engaging culture of excellence, Kandyce is a driving force behind CV’s efforts to nurture our most valuable asset: our people.
Our Business Leaders
Noel Cosgrove
Noel is a qualified electrician with almost 40 years of experience, including over 10 years as a GM, providing invaluable knowledge and service to our clients. Noel is responsible for delivering industry leading signage solutions and leads an expert signage design, manufacture and install team of 150 people.
Tristan Jenkins
Tristan’s 30 plus years of experience together with his technical capability, ensures that the Infrastructure Services team can deliver expert solutions to our customers. Consisting of 200 experienced electrical and civil contractors, the team has a complete design and construct capability.
Quinton McNicol
Quinton has over 20 years of industry experience, specialising in facility and asset management. With a strong focus on procurement, energy and operational efficiencies, and sustainable practices, Quinton leads a team of 200+ tradespeople delivering integrated maintenance services and minor capital projects.

Stephen Harvey
Steve brings 20 years of experience across multiple high-risk industries, specialising in safety leadership & culture transformation. He leads safety strategies that move beyond compliance, supporting a learning-driven, human-centred approach and building safety leadership capability across operations.
Brian Godwin
Brian has over 40 years of experience in the electrical contracting industry, with a background across a wide range of operational and functional leadership roles. He leads initiatives that strengthen trade capability, support workforce development and ensure regulatory and quality compliance across CV’s projects and teams.
Simon Greasley
Simon has over 30 years of financial and management accounting experience within the resource, utilities, infrastructure, food and beverage, and professional service sectors. Optimising our financial performance, Simon works collaboratively across the business to continuously improve operational results.
Kyle Morley
With over 10 years of experience in communications projects delivery, Kyle has translated his operational experience to ensuring that CV's procurement processes and systems deliver best value procurement outcomes for the business. In addition Kyle oversees CV's fleet of vehicles.
Chris Flanagan
Chris has more than 20 years of experience in business development, sales and general management. Leading CV’s sales functions, Chris focuses on increasing market share and supporting business growth. Chris helps ensure customers receive the best possible experience through strong relationships and tailored solutions.
