We design and build packaged power systems, custom switchrooms, fuel systems, hybrid energy stations and both static and digital signage. Every solution undergoes Factory Acceptance Testing to validate performance and compliance before it reaches site, shortening schedules and reducing on-site risk.
Digital & Static Signage
CV operates one of Australia’s largest and most advanced manufacturing and printing facilities in Brisbane. Our 7,840m² factory has delivered iconic signage projects across Australia and New Zealand. Equipped with modern technology and backed by specialist expertise, CV manages every stage of production in-house. Capabilities include metal, plastic and electrical fabrication, illuminated signage using LED, neon and fluorescent systems, traditional hand signwriting and vinyl applications, powder coating and finishing, advanced digital printing and precision CNC routing and laser cutting. This end-to-end control ensures every project meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency and reliability.
Power Generation Systems
CV manufactures reliable power systems tailored to diverse requirements. This includes packaged gas and diesel generators, hybrid and co-gen solutions, backup power systems and modular power stations for remote or off-grid applications. Units can be trailer-mounted or skid-based to meet site-specific needs, ensuring flexibility and reliability where they matter most.
Electrical Distribution & Switchrooms
From concept to delivery, CV designs and manufactures custom switchrooms, switchboards, HV infrastructure and protection systems. Every solution is built to specification, enabling safe, efficient and robust performance across a wide range of operating environments.
Fabrication, Assembly & Quality Assurance
CV completes all fabrication and assembly in-house, backed by Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). Every system is manufactured to meet strict quality and compliance standards, ensuring it is fully certified, site-ready and built to perform. This approach gives clients confidence in reliable outcomes and seamless installation on-site.
