CV’s Electrical Construction team is incredibly proud to play a key role in the development of Suntory Oceania – a landmark $3 billion partnership between Suntory Global Spirits and Suntory Beverage & Food.

This 17-hectare facility combines beverage processing, packaging, warehousing and distribution – all in one integrated, state-of-the-art space. The facility is set to produce up to 20 million cases annually, setting new standards for efficiency and scale in the beverage industry.

Our scope of work includes the complete Electrical, Communications, Security, Lighting Control, Lightning Protection, and all Industrial and Hazardous Area installations. We’ve also delivered the electrical fit-outs for critical elements, including:

  • Krones Bottling and Canning Lines
  • GEA Syrup Room and Alcohol Tank Farm
  • Boiler/Biomass Facilities

With over 100,000 man-hours invested, our team’s dedication is evident in every aspect of this project. Working alongside Richard Crookes Constructions, we’re thrilled to see our efforts contribute to a transformative facility that will positively impact the industry, local community and economy.

Christmas Charity | The Forgotten Women

This Christmas, CV is proud to support The Forgotten Women, an incredible organisation chosen by our team as our Christmas charity.

At this time of year, it’s more important than ever to come together and support those in need. We’re honoured to play a small part in empowering and uplifting these women and ensuring they have the dignity and security they deserve.

Water Cooler Replacement – Brisbane Airport

CV’s Asset Services team recently completed a challenging project at the Brisbane Airport, removing and replacing a roof-mounted condenser water cooler on top of an 8.5 storey (29m) building. This project called for a 100 tonne crane lift and was a true multi-trade collaboration. Special thanks to everyone who contributed their expertise and dedication to make this complex task run smoothly!

A huge shout out to:

  • Mark Dixon and the crew from Cooling Tower Mechanical Services (CTMS)
  • Equipment and Lifting Solutions crew
  • CV HVAC Projects Supervisor Allan Pitman and CV HVAC Apprentice Samantha Smith
  • CV Electrical Supervisor Philip Tran and CV Electrician Paora-Nui TouAriki

This achievement demonstrates the power of teamwork and expertise across CV’s HVAC and Electrical teams, CTMS, and our crane partners. Each team’s hard work and skill were critical to the success of this complex lift at Brisbane Airport.

Thank you to all involved!
