Water Cooler Replacement – Brisbane Airport

CV’s Asset Services team recently completed a challenging project at the Brisbane Airport, removing and replacing a roof-mounted condenser water cooler on top of an 8.5 storey (29m) building. This project called for a 100 tonne crane lift and was a true multi-trade collaboration. Special thanks to everyone who contributed their expertise and dedication to make this complex task run smoothly!

A huge shout out to:

  • Mark Dixon and the crew from Cooling Tower Mechanical Services (CTMS)
  • Equipment and Lifting Solutions crew
  • CV HVAC Projects Supervisor Allan Pitman and CV HVAC Apprentice Samantha Smith
  • CV Electrical Supervisor Philip Tran and CV Electrician Paora-Nui TouAriki

This achievement demonstrates the power of teamwork and expertise across CV’s HVAC and Electrical teams, CTMS, and our crane partners. Each team’s hard work and skill were critical to the success of this complex lift at Brisbane Airport.

Thank you to all involved!
