Project Overview

The Avenue Maroochydore is a premium retirement living community designed to address growing demand for independent living accommodation on the Sunshine Coast. Stage 1 delivered 49 high-quality apartments within a broader master-planned development that will ultimately comprise 117 independent living residences, supported by extensive lifestyle and wellbeing facilities.

CV delivered the complete electrical services package for Stage 1, providing scalable project delivery and expanding resources to meet construction demands while maintaining quality outcomes across residential apartments and shared community amenities.

Scope of Works
