Project Overview

CV was engaged to deliver the electrical and communications infrastructure for Protea, a purpose-built residential aged care facility in Townsville. The development comprises of 140 beds and provides modern amenities including a rooftop garden café and terrace, Day Therapy Centre, private chapel, hairdressing facilities and a dedicated 20-bed dementia care unit.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary construction team, CV delivered a comprehensive electrical package to support the operational, safety and communications requirements of the facility. A workforce of between six and fourteen personnel was mobilised throughout the project to ensure successful delivery while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.

Scope of Works

CV delivered a complete electrical and communications installation package that supported the facility’s operational requirements, resident wellbeing and future-ready infrastructure needs. The team also coordinated specialist subcontractors to ensure seamless integration across all building systems.
