Recognising the commitment of our long-serving team members is a tradition we’re proud to continue at CV.

This year, our annual 10 Year Club celebrations were held across two locations, with a dinner on the Sunshine Coast and an 80s-themed trivia night in Brisbane. It was a fantastic opportunity to bring our people together, reflect on the years we’ve shared and celebrate those who have helped shape CV.

Our long-standing team members represent an incredible wealth of experience, with some marking more than 35 years with CV. That level of loyalty, dedication and contribution speaks volumes about our culture and the people who make our business what it is today.

Congratulations to all of our 10 Year Club members. Thank you for your commitment, expertise and the lasting impact you’ve made across our organisation. We are proud to celebrate this milestone with you and look forward to what we’ll achieve together in the years ahead.

This feature wall for Frasers Property Industrial at The Yards combines large-scale 3D lettering with a striking batten backdrop to create a clean, high-impact arrival experience. Designed and fabricated for durability and visual impact, the result is a strong architectural element that sets the tone for the precinct.

One brand. 80 sites. Consistency should be a given but in reality, it rarely is. Small variations add up fast and start to impact brand perception.

CV recently delivered a fire protection infrastructure upgrade at the Redland Performing Arts Centre in collaboration with Redland City Council.

The project involved the upgrade and integration of critical fire safety systems, including new hydrant and sprinkler infrastructure, fire pump systems, and associated civil and electrical works.

Delivered within a complex live operational environment, works were carefully staged to minimise disruption to events, public access and day-to-day operations. Construction zones, noise, vibration and safety controls were dynamically managed and adjusted throughout delivery to align with the venue schedule.

Through strong collaboration with stakeholders and adaptive delivery, CV successfully completed the project ahead of schedule.

Our LED pylons are designed, engineered and manufactured in-house, combining digital expertise with custom fabrication to deliver standout presence where it matters most.

Investing in our leaders is investing in the future of CV.

Over the past five weeks, we’ve brought together both new and experienced leaders through our CV Business Basics program, building on the principles of the Scaling Up framework. The program goes beyond theory – it’s about applying practical tools to keep our teams aligned, focused and ready for growth.

With more than 100 leaders now having completed the program, we’re continuing to strengthen a consistent way of working across CV. What stood out most was the power of peer learning – leaders stepping up to share experiences, challenge thinking and connect ideas to real business outcomes.

By building capability and encouraging our leaders to learn from one another, we’re creating a shared understanding of how every role drives CV’s success.

We’re usually busy showcasing the front of AOSCo’s digital billboards, but the rear deserves some attention too.

For all double-sided, public-facing sites, we’ve added a custom leaf pattern to the back. Each one is hand-masked and sprayed in our manufacturing facility, turning what is often overlooked into something considered and visual.

A small detail, but one that helps every angle of the asset work harder in its environment.

CV delivered retail wayfinding and residential signage for Scentre Group’s Castlereagh Street expansion, balancing clear navigation with a refined, luxury finish.

Designed to complement a mixed use environment where heritage meets contemporary, the signage supports movement and arrival without competing with the architecture.
