There aren’t many days when CEOs are told exactly what to do, but the TRACTION CEO Bike Build is one of them.

We were proud to have our CEO, Andrew McMaster, participate in TRACTION’s 8th CEO Bike Build, joining business leaders from across Brisbane to support an organisation creating opportunities for young people.

For one day, the usual roles were reversed, with TRACTION’s young people taking the lead as CEOs rolled up their sleeves and took on the challenge of assembling bikes under their guidance.

More than a fundraising event, the day was about building connections, sharing experiences and learning from one another. Every bike assembled helps young people develop practical skills, grow confidence and create stronger pathways for the future.

At CV, we’re passionate about investing in the next generation and backing programs that empower young people and strengthen our community.

Congratulations to TRACTION for delivering such an impactful initiative and to everyone who contributed their time, energy and support.

We delivered a precinct-wide solution, working alongside the appointed consultant to design, manufacture and install identification and directional signage across key pedestrian areas.

This year, our annual 10 Year Club celebrations were held across two locations, with a dinner on the Sunshine Coast and an 80s-themed trivia night in Brisbane. It was a fantastic opportunity to bring our people together, reflect on the years we’ve shared and celebrate those who have helped shape CV.

Our long-standing team members represent an incredible wealth of experience, with some marking more than 35 years with CV. That level of loyalty, dedication and contribution speaks volumes about our culture and the people who make our business what it is today.
