CV’s Industrial team has partnered with FB Contracting to deliver the upgrade of Urraween Pump Station.

The project includes the upgrade of the existing pumps and pipework as well as the addition of new infrastructure to the Urraween Reservoir site to improve the efficiency and performance of the trunk water supply system to Hervey Bay.

Key works that CV is delivering for the project include:

• Construction of a new booster pump station
• Construction of a new Sodium Hypochlorite storage and dosing facility
• Renewal and upgrade of the existing electrical and controls switchboards to provide a centralised unit which will supply and control the existing pump station as well as the new infrastructure on site
• Control system design and implementation including PLC coding and SCADA pages

Stockland Aura has welcomed several new sporting facilities including Baringa Sports Complex, home to the Baringa Football Club, and Nirimba Sports Complex, home to the Aura Netball Team, Rugby League Club and Cricket Club.

CV’s Infrastructure Services team was proud to complete all the electrical infrastructure for these community staples, including the sports field lighting and switchboards.

Congratulations to Victoria Peasegood on her new role as Contracts Manager for CV’s Infrastructure Services business! Vic maintains strong client relationships while providing high level support to the management teams and leadership to the administration team.

CV has welcomed an exciting new piece of equipment – a brand new crane truck! The truck has already completed its first job for the Infrastructure Services team standing streetlight poles for the Minnippi Golf Course project.
