Urraween Pump Station
CV’s Industrial team has partnered with FB Contracting to deliver the upgrade of Urraween Pump Station.
The project includes the upgrade of the existing pumps and pipework as well as the addition of new infrastructure to the Urraween Reservoir site to improve the efficiency and performance of the trunk water supply system to Hervey Bay.
Key works that CV is delivering for the project include:
- Construction of a new booster pump station
- Construction of a new Sodium Hypochlorite storage and dosing facility
- Renewal and upgrade of the existing electrical and controls switchboards to provide a centralised unit which will supply and control the existing pump station as well as the new infrastructure on site
- Control system design and implementation including PLC coding and SCADA pages
