Spotless provides services through the Department of Defence Estate Maintenance and Operations Services (EMOS) across Queensland. CVSG is the prime deliverer of technical services within South East Queensland, providing planned preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance services across electrical, hydraulics and building services. The bases contain a varied range of facilities that provide technical support to Defence’s air, land and sea operations. The bases are best considered as being independent territories, with corresponding technical responsibilities aligned with typical government infrastructure services.

Maintaining an onsite presence to perform preventative and reactive maintenance, CV is the base service provider and technical expertise input for all any proposed changes or upgrades to assets.

• Heightened and variable security considerations
• Working around live and dynamic operational constraints
• Limited access to secured areas
• High responsiveness to critical infrastructure breakdowns
• Working with equipment that is built and maintained to international and American technical standards

Asset Services is responsible for:

• Responding to any asset failures within the required time frame
• Performing all preventative maintenance with the given time frames to enable the safe and continuing occupancy of the facilities
• Ensuring that critical services are operational and available
• Reporting any changes of assets conditions
