As part of the broader customer engagement strategy, the airport sought to integrate digital technologies to replace the existing static signage. BAC wanted to align with the digital parking payment machines and deliver engaging messages with strong impact. They saw this as the perfect opportunity to implement technology that provides flexibility, allowing for updates to occur in real time and to respond to activities in the airport and surroundings.
The CV Media & Signage team developed a video wall with 47” LCD screens to smoothly integrate above the parking payment machines at the Brisbane Airport precinct. The video wall enables BAC to deliver clear and engaging digital content that can be easily adapted and changed. Managed via a cloud based content management system, the airport team have the ability to change messages to reflect safety information, parking costs, parking specials, business advertisements and other precinct updates.
