Live Training

CV has teamed up with Intuitive Training to deliver live training to our Infrastructure Services team in a purpose built training facility. With safety being our highest priority, this new facility takes the next step to allow our team to simulate real-world scenarios in a controlled environment with highly experienced trainers.

Supporting Melanoma Patients Australia

This Christmas CV is proud to be supporting Melanoma Patients Australia. This is a cause that is very close to our hearts and is at the forefront of our minds particularly at this time of year when we tend to spend more time out in the sun.

A large portion of our team regularly works outdoors and having seen the devastating consequences of melanoma, we know how important it is to provide our team members with the tools to help prevent this deadly disease.

CV aims to raise awareness of melanoma and we encourage everyone to protect themselves this summer and monitor your skin for any early signs of skin cancer.

CV Team Brief

This year CV was once again able to get all our team members together face-to-face for our annual Team Brief after a two-year hiatus due to COVID. As well as being an opportunity to talk to our team members as a group about the business and celebrate our people, we also had the privilege of having Dan Collins as a guest speaker.

Dan spoke about the life lessons he learnt as an elite athlete on the world stage and left our team with an important message about accountability and being responsible for your own excellence. Well done to Matthew Williams

Well done to Matthew Williams, one of CV’s Electrical Apprentices! TAFE provided great feedback on the high standard of work that Matthew completed. Matthew also constructed a three-phase motor fault board that will be used to teach fault-finding to future students. What a fantastic achievement! CV is proud to have tradespeople of this standard as part of our team.

WindanSea Boardriders Clubhouse

CV is passionate about giving back to the community and recently we were able to help deliver a new clubhouse for WindanSea Boardriders, a local club in Caloundra.

Our Managers and Project Managers from the CV Sunshine Coast office strapped their toolbelts on to install the electrical works for the new clubhouse. The club, which has deep ties with the community, has finally been able to start building its long-awaited clubhouse and our team is proud to be able to help make it happen!

The Conduit Edition 16

What a year it’s been! CV has just released Edition 16 of the Conduit where we share what our team has been up to in 2022, including some key projects we’ve been working on, the return of our Team Brief where we had the privilege of hearing from four time Olympian Dan Collins, and how we’re further integrating our systems to streamline how we do things for our growing team.
