Nothing brings a team together quite like being given permission to shoot paintballs at your managers.
For their mid-year team event, one of our teams swapped their traditional golf day for a paintball showdown – managers vs tradies and apprentices. With youth and cardio fitness on their side, the tradies and apprentices kept the managers on their toes!
Beyond the friendly rivalry, plenty of laughs and a few inevitable bruises, the day was a great opportunity to bond as a team. Moments like this reinforce what we already know: we’re fortunate to have an outstanding team that works hard, supports each other and knows how to have a bit of fun along the way.
A big thank you to everyone who got involved and made the day such a success. Bring on the next team challenge!
