There aren’t many days when CEOs are told exactly what to do, but the TRACTION CEO Bike Build is one of them.
We were proud to have our CEO, Andrew McMaster, participate in TRACTION’s 8th CEO Bike Build, joining business leaders from across Brisbane to support an organisation creating opportunities for young people.
For one day, the usual roles were reversed, with TRACTION’s young people taking the lead as CEOs rolled up their sleeves and took on the challenge of assembling bikes under their guidance.
More than a fundraising event, the day was about building connections, sharing experiences and learning from one another. Every bike assembled helps young people develop practical skills, grow confidence and create stronger pathways for the future.
