Apprenticeships

CV offers a range of apprenticeships across the business. With a variety of trades available, you’ll have the opportunity to work on different types of projects and find a path that suits your interests and strengths.

We support apprentices at all stages of their journey, including:

New apprentices – whether you’re coming from school, work experience or another pathway
Transferring or recommencing apprentices – if your first workplace wasn’t the right fit, we offer a supportive, stable environment to continue or restart your training.

You’ll be supported by experienced teams, gain exposure to real projects and develop the skills needed to succeed in your trade.

Apprenticeship Pathways

Electrical

Deliver electrical works across diverse projects including housing, construction, maintenance, high voltage and renewable energy.

Plumbing

Deliver maintenance, project and upgrade works across plumbing systems.

Sign Writing

Create and install signage, combining hands-on skills with layout, detail and finish.

Digital Print

Produce and prepare printed signage and graphics using specialised equipment and materials.

Sheet Metal

Fabricate and assemble metal components used in the production and installation of signage and structures.

Fire Technician

Install, test and maintain fire protection systems to meet safety and compliance requirements.

Telecommunications

Install, maintain and upgrade communication networks and systems.

HVAC

Deliver servicing, maintenance and upgrade works across heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Work Experience

Work experience is a practical way to explore a trade and understand what day-to-day work is really like.

Many of our apprentices begin their journey through structured pre-vocational or work experience programs, often run by local RTOs such as TAFE or through their school.

Work experience gives you the chance to:

Experience a real work environment
Build confidence and practical skills
Understand if a trade is the right fit for you
